Our grandfather was one of the first-generation mechanical engineers in New China, playing a crucial role in developing liberated automobiles and laying the industrial foundation for domestically developed truck transmissions.
In the 1970s, Mr. Qin founded the predecessor of our family business, Ronghe (RH) Coal Transport Company — privatizing and operating the transportation company before China's era of economic reform. By the 1980s, the family owned its own fleet of coal transport trucks and became a prominent symbol of reform on the Datong–Qinhuangdao coal transport line.
Entering the 21st century, daily coal trading volume reached 10,000 tons, with sales extending to Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, and Australia. In 2008, the company expanded into personal financial services and residential and commercial real estate development.
Our family's history is filled with the spirit of hard work and innovation. We are committed to developing our family business into a diversified, international corporate group — upholding our values, striving for excellence, and contributing to society.

Mr. Wanxiang Zhang stood at the forefront of a nation rebuilding itself — serving as Senior Electrical Engineer and leading the development of truck transmissions for New China's landmark Jiefang Project. His engineering laid the groundwork for a country in motion, and for a family legacy that would follow.

As a result, he has cultivated exceptional relationships with prominent family offices and institutional investors around the globe. Before founding RH Capital, Mr. Qin's enterprising spirit led him to New York City, where he owned a successful hospitality company. Under his astute leadership, numerous international dining brands flourished, earning prestigious accolades from top-tier media outlets such as the New York Times, The New Yorker, Forbes, and The Wall Street Journal. In addition to his entrepreneurial prowess, Mr. Qin acquired valuable experience on Wall Street, holding positions as a structured product trader at UBS and a fixed-income analyst at Deutsche Börse. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctorate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Manchester and holds a Master's degree from the esteemed Columbia University.
